Clinic Policies: 

  • 48 hour cancellation policy; you will be charged for your visit if you are a no-show unless there is an extenuating circumstance such as injury, sickness, inclement weather etc.  Please be respectful of our time. Email, text, or call in advance if there is a reason why you cannot make your appointment, and we can reschedule.  All balances must be paid before scheduling your next appointment. 
     

  • At this time we are not accepting insurance. However, superbills are available upon request.  We accept payment in the form of cash, credit card, and check. There is a 3.5% processing fee for credit card transactions. 
     

  • Please refrain from making any racist or unkind remarks especially during group acupuncture.  You will be asked to leave. 
     

  • Please refrain from the use of strong perfumes, colognes, or essential oils before coming in for your appointment.
     

  • Please let me know if you have any sensitivities to smoke prior to your appointment. 
     

  • Please use the bathroom before arriving.  There are plenty in the facility.
     

  • Please let us know if you are in need of any kind of assistance, we are here to help. 
     

  • Silence or turn off all cell phones and/or electronic devices.
     

Recommendations:

 

  • Wear loose-fitting clothes.  It makes our job easier if pants can be pulled up above the knee and shirt sleeves above the elbow.
     

  • Empty your pockets and take off all jewelry before your treatment.
     

  • Communicate your needs; please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your visit more enjoyable.
     

  • We listen to recommendations and ideas in order to improve the overall experience of our services.
